Responsibility for Packages

LUVDANCE ESSENTIAL is not liable for missing or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
   
Mis-delivered Packages
 If your package is mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with carrier directly.
 LUVDANCE ESSENTIAL will assist in providing relevant shipment information if needed, but responsibility for locating the package lies with the customer and the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
