Refund policy
At LUVDANCE ESSENTIAL, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we do not offer refunds at this time, we do allow returns under the following conditions:
Return
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in new condition, with the original tags still attached. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

Refund
- Wrong Item: If we sent the wrong item, please return it, and we will either exchange it for the correct item or provide a full refund.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange:
1. Contact Us: Let us know within 3 days of receiving the item.
2. Return the Item: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to return the item.
3. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your request and either issue a refund or send the correct size/item.
